For Namagiri Bhagavathi Rao, real estate is more than a profession—it is built on trust, relationships, experience, and helping people make confident property decisions.

Born in Tekkali, Andhra Pradesh, he completed his BBA graduation and later pursued Hotel Management before beginning his journey in real estate.

With over 17+ years of practical experience, he has developed expertise in residential plots, layout planning, location evaluation, land investment opportunities, plot positioning, and Vastu-based considerations.

His approach is simple: understand each client’s requirements, provide honest guidance, and help them choose property opportunities that match their goals and needs.
